Clean rooms with comfortable beds made for a decent stay. The lobby offered a pleasant spot to unwind after a day of activities, making it a nice gathering point for groups.
We faced a few hiccups during our stay. Despite having booked a king suite for four guests, the room wasn't adequately prepared for our needs, which meant requesting extra pillows and bedding. On our last day, there was confusion over whether breakfast was included, leading to an awkward scene at the front desk. Also, while the pool looked inviting, it was closed due to a chemical issue, which cut short our plans for a refreshing swim. Plus, the limited housekeeping schedule—cleaning every other day—felt off for a hotel stay, especially if you enjoy your room getting tidied up regularly.

Convenient location with good parking, but the sofa bed was broken and cramped.

Great stay with friends! We explored some nearby hiking trails and enjoyed our time together relaxing and watching the game in the lobby after a delicious meal at Olive Garden. Rooms were clean and comfy, and check-in was super smooth and accommodating. Definitely recommend it for future getaways!
On the downside, I was disappointed by the lack of a pool during our visit. We were looking forward to cooling off after our hikes, but it was closed due to maintenance.

The room was clean and comfy, really nice for a quick rest after travel. The beds were definitely the highlight—super comfy! A bit of noise from the hallway was annoying at times, but I slept well overall. Good space for my family, and the layout worked for us. Just wish the pool had been open, would’ve been a nice bonus after a long day!

During my stay, I found the staff to be friendly and attentive. They were always checking in to see how my experience was going, which made it more enjoyable. I particularly appreciated how clean and fresh the room was upon arrival, reflecting a high standard of upkeep. Traveling as a couple, this attention made our foray into Americana even better.
I experienced some communication issues and the pool area could have been cleaner. Some amenities were lacking, such as complimentary coffee.

The staff here was super accommodating! We checked in early, and the room was clean and comfy. Only drawback was the pool being closed, but overall, great stay with friends! 😊

The hotel served as a perfect base for our activities, with a fantastic location near dining options like Waffle House and Olive Garden, and conveniently close to major attractions. The friendly staff accommodated an early check-in, allowing us ample time for sightseeing. However, the Double Room had an initial musty smell that cleared up with AC use, and while the gym facilities were nice, they could use a bit more equipment variety.

The staff at the hotel were welcoming and accommodating, which made for a pleasant experience. However, I found the food prices in the dining area to be rather high compared to other options nearby, which limited our meal choices during the stay. Additionally, the housekeeping service could have been more consistent throughout our time there.

I enjoyed my stay at the Courtyard in Louisville. The hotel felt clean and had a friendly atmosphere. Checking in was a breeze. The front desk staff greeted me warmly and made sure I was taken care of. My room had a mini fridge and a microwave, which I appreciated for snacks. The bed was comfortable, and I slept well. The location was ideal with plenty of dining options nearby, like Waffle House and Bob Evan’s, which were perfect for breakfast. However, I faced a couple of issues. The pool area could have been cleaner. there were food items left around. Another issue was that breakfast options were quite expensive, leading me to dine out instead. Overall, friendly staff made my stay enjoyable, but some areas still need work, particularly the maintenance of the pool and pricing for meals.

good stay but some areas for improvement
The large portions of made-to-order breakfast were impressive and delicious! The staff at check-in was friendly, helping me feel welcome right away. I appreciated the nearby dining options. I could easily walk to Waffle House or Bob Evans for quick meals. On top of that, the gym was well-equipped for a hotel facility.
The cleanliness of some areas could be addressed more thoroughly.
